NEW • Development Release: Bluewhite64 Linux 12.1 RC2 |
| The second release candidate for Bluewhite64 Linux, a Slackware-based distribution for the x86_64 architectures, is out and ready for testing: "We have reached the second release candidate of the upcoming stable release of Bluewhite64 Linux 12.1. Since the first RC, we have upgraded the Linux kernel to version 2.6.24.5, added the latest stable Linux Kernel 2.6.25 to the testing area and made it available as a test.s kernel during installation. Also, added the IA32 emulation for those who need to run 32-bit programs, this can be found in the extra software repository. Many other small cosmetic fixes have been merged."
